Template License
When you purchase a template from us it means that you can only use it on one domain name or project for you or your client. If you use the template again you have to purchase another copy of the same template. You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your or your clients needs.
You may not
Resell or redistribute our templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Mindsparx Media.
Make more than one project using the same template, you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design
Place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, server or any other medium without prior written consent from our company.
Give away code or graphics made by us for the actual template
All the images that we use for our templates is purchased with a license, so you may not use the images for projects outside the template.
Installations
We do not install any of our products which require this like osCommerce, Magento or similar scripts. Templates that comes with contact forms or other scripts will not be installed by us and is used on your own risk.

We are testing our templates on these system for a long time before we release them but unexpected problems can occur, we want you to come back to us in one week after the delivery date so that we can repair any unexpected errors (Template only). You will find a demo of your template on the products info page so you can see how the template will look when its installed successfully. Its up to you to contact us in 7 days to get help with your template.
Refund
We expect that you are experienced or that you will get help to decide if this template is right choice for you. We are showing as much as we can of our templates so that you can get an idea of how it will look like once its finished. Try your skills on our demo template that you will find on every products info page.
Since we are selling virtual goods thats easy to copy we dont have any refund of our products once its purchased and downloaded. We are testing all our templates thoroughly but unexpected errors can occur. If the template has irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the editing we will send your money back.
Domain check
When you purchase a template from us we would like to know on what domain name the template will be used on, if you dont know at the moment you can come back to us in a later time. The reason for this is that we will not contact any registered domain name owner if we suspect that our templates is used without license. We are serious about this and we will take necessary actions to prevent thefts.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
