Template License
When you purchase a template or MX template system from us it means that you can only use it on one domain name or project for you or your client. If you use the template or MX template system again on a different domain you have to purchase another copy of the same template or MX template system. You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your or your client’s needs.

Sometimes we need to know on what domain the template will be used at. This makes it possible for us to know if it’s a valid copy or not. If you are using our themes for a client you can send us the domain name of that client so that we never need  to contact them if we suspect invalid use of our work. Please use the email address used when you purchased the theme.

MX Template system
MX template system lets you create templates. These templates can only be used with the MX Template System and nowhere outside it. You can generate templates created by us or someone else but only with a valid copy of the MX Template System. You can’t create a template and then sell or give it away as long as you use our codes and graphics. You can however create templates with the system and share them with other MX Template users for free.

You may not…

•  Resell or redistribute our templates or MX template system  in any way.
• Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Mindsparx (JLSE Living).
• Make more than one project using the same template or MX template system, you have to purchase the same template or MX template system once more in order to make another project.
• Place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, server or any other medium without prior written consent from our company.
• Give away or sell code, graphics made by us. All the images that we use for our templates are purchased with a license, so you may not use the images for projects outside the template.

We are testing our templates for a long time before we release them but unexpected problems can occur, if there is any problems with the template or MX template system we want you to come back to us in one week after the delivery date so that we can repair any unexpected errors (Template only). You will find a demo of your template on the products info page so you can see how the template will look when it’s installed successfully. It’s up to you to contact us in 7 days to get help with your template.

Refund
Before you buy any templates from us it’s up to you to test the demo of the template so that you can see how it behaves in different browsers etc. Since we are selling virtual goods that are easy to copy we don’t have any refund of our products once it’s purchased and downloaded. We are testing all our templates thoroughly but unexpected errors can occur. If the template has irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the editing we will send your money back. Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
